I’m Ema’s devoted owner and soulmate—the person she trusts completely and the one who has shaped her joyful, loving nature. My deep connection with animals goes beyond just being an owner; I’m also a passionate dog sitter who understands that every dog deserves patience, empathy, and tailored care. Whether it’s through positive reinforcement, attentive companionship, or simply speaking their language, I believe in creating a safe, happy space for every furry friend I look after. I committed to Ema’s training from the start, working with a positive reinforcement specialist to strengthen our bond and communication. The result? A happy, well-mannered dog who thrives on mutual respect. Ema’s temperament is a testament to the life we’ve built together: full of play, structure, and endless affection. Now based in Milan for work, the hardest part of being away is missing Ema. But she’s in the best hands—back home in Portugal, in the loving care of my parents (her proud "grandparents"), who give her the same comfort, routine, and affection I always have. Though distance weighs heavy on my heart, our reunions are the purest joy—proof that love stretches across any miles. To me, being a dog owner—and a caretaker for other dogs—isn’t just about responsibility; it’s about heart. It’s about listening to their needs, celebrating their quirks, and loving them as the unique souls they are.
