I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my daily routine. My dog, Joy, currently lives in Milan with my mother while I study at university in Rome, and being away from him has made me even more aware of how important it is to find someone truly reliable, attentive, and caring to look after pets.

As a dog owner myself, I understand how much love, consistency, patience, and emotional presence dogs need. I also know that modern life can be very busy, and sometimes owners need someone they can fully trust to step in and provide proper care during the day. That is why I offer services such as dog walking, daycare, playtime, and general pet care in a calm, structured, and loving environment.

I am currently on semester break from university, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your dog. I do not believe in rushed or “quick” walks. Every walk is adapted to the dog’s age, energy level, personality, and needs, whether that means a relaxed stroll or a more active walk with stimulation and exercise. Walks typically last between 30 minutes and over an hour, always depending on what is best for the dog.

The dogs I care for stay in my home in Rome, where the environment is safe, clean, and calm. There are no hazards accessible, and I always supervise interactions and routines carefully. Dogs are free to rest either on my couch or on the bed provided by their owner, depending on what makes them feel most secure and comfortable. I encourage owners to bring their dog’s bed, blanket, or familiar items, as this helps them settle in more easily and feel at home.

For safety reasons, dogs are very rarely left alone, and never for more than about an hour; although in practice it is usually much less, as I structure my day around their presence. When I do need to step out briefly, I ensure the space is secure, comfortable, and that the dog has water, a safe resting area, and no access to anything risky.

Over the past two years, I have regularly cared for dogs from other owners, including both: walking and daycare. Through this experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of personalities - from very energetic, playful dogs, to those that are shy, anxious, or more independent. My approach is always patient and respectful, allowing each dog to adjust at their own pace and feel safe around me.

Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. During walks and daycare, I stay fully attentive, avoid unsafe environments, and respond calmly and responsibly to any unexpected situations. In case of an emergency, I act immediately: I contact the owner without delay, and if necessary, I take the dog to a veterinarian or emergency clinic. I always make sure I am prepared to act quickly and responsibly, with the dog’s wellbeing first in every decision.

Throughout the day, dogs always have access to fresh water, rest, playtime, and affection. I also provide updates with photos and videos so you can feel reassured and connected while your pet is with me

I’m happy to do simple training exercises and reinforce basic good habits, although I want to be transparent that I am not a professional dog trainer.
